Experiencing 1% Low FPS Stutters on My New Gaming PC—Any Fixes?

Hey everyone! I just upgraded to a new gaming PC, and overall, it's been performing really well. Here are my specs: I'm playing games like Stalker 2 and getting around 160-200 FPS, but I've noticed that my 1% low FPS drops to 50-80 periodically. I also tried Dead Take with similar frame rates, but sometimes I see drops as low as 30 FPS, which is quite annoying. Everything seems cool temp-wise, with my GPU and CPU sitting under 65°C. My GPU usage is pretty high (95-100%), while the CPU fluctuates but rarely peaks. Do any of you have suggestions on what might help eliminate these stutters?

Have you tried doing a CMOS reset? I had a similar issue, and it worked wonders for me. If you enable EXPO and the stutters come back, it might be a memory profile issue. You could manually tweak the RAM clocks and voltages like VSoC and VDDIO, or check if your BIOS has optimized performance profiles for your RAM speed. Give the CMOS reset a go first!

Have you confirmed that XMP/EXPO is enabled? It’s crucial for ensuring your RAM is running at 6000 MT/s. Double-check if it’s set correctly in the BIOS.

Make sure to check the C-state settings in your BIOS. Switching it to ON instead of the default can help. Also, consider disabling the curve optimizer and Precision Boost Overdrive (PBO) temporarily to see if that reduces the stutters.
