Experiencing Crashes with My New RX 9070 XT Build

I recently put together a brand new mATX system using the Jonsbo Z20 case, but I keep running into hard crashes. The screen turns black or green, the audio stutters, and then the PC restarts immediately. In the event viewer, I see a Kernel-Power 41 error. Here are the specs of my system:

- **CPU:** Ryzen 7 7800X3D
- **Motherboard:** ASUS TUF B850M-E (mATX)
- **RAM:** 32GB Corsair Vengeance DDR5
- **PSU:** MSI 1000W (just got it)
- **Problem GPU:** RX 9070 XT
- **Stable GPU for testing:** GTX 1650 Super
- **Storage:** Samsung 990 Pro
- **OS:** Windows 11

I've already tried updating the BIOS, disabling DOCP, and upgrading my PSU from 750W to 1000W, but nothing seems to work. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, as I've been troubleshooting this for two whole days!

I totally get your frustration, man. Experiencing Kernel-Power 41 can be a nightmare! I've faced similar issues before. Here’s a list of steps that helped me:

1. Reinstall Windows
2. Try reinstalling Windows on a different drive
3. Use DDU to completely remove and reinstall your GPU drivers multiple times
4. Swap out the RAM with a different kit if possible
5. If you have access, testing with a different motherboard could help too.

In my case, the issue ended up being the power cable for my PSU causing the crashes. Also, don't overlook the possibility of your outlet being faulty as that can sometimes trigger these issues too. If you're uneasy about troubleshooting further, bringing your build to a local store might be a good option, assuming you bought it locally.

I’ve tried quite a few things already, and since everything worked well with the GTX 1650 Super, I doubt it's faulty parts. I also swapped outlets to check if that was an issue, but no luck there. Definitely let me know if you think of anything else!
