I've been experiencing a 5 to 10 minute delay in receiving emails through Google Workspace lately. It seems like quite a few users are having similar issues, according to Downdetector. When I check the email log, I see multiple messages indicating that emails are in progress but aren't getting delivered right away, such as 'Inserted into Gmail delivery pipeline' and 'Temporary System Problem. Try again later.' Have others noticed this too? What could be causing these delays?

I’ve noticed the same thing; my emails seem to be getting delayed by around 15 minutes. Strange spam emails are also making it through the filters more than usual—all day long!
