Hey all! I just upgraded from a 5700xt to a new 9060xt with 16GB, and I was expecting better performance. My old 5700xt could keep Fortnite at a stable 60 fps, but now with the 9060xt, I'm noticing frame rates dropping to around 40 or even 30fps at times, though it fluctuates between 45 and 60 most of the time. I have an AMD Ryzen 5 3600 CPU with 32GB of DDR4 RAM, and my power supply is rated at 550W. Should I be worried about my CPU holding me back, or could this be tied to some BIOS settings?

Sounds like you could be running on PCIe 3.0, which might be limiting your 9060xt's performance. If you’ve got a B550 motherboard, you should be able to enable above 4G decoding and Resizable BAR in your BIOS. And don't forget to check that your GPU drivers are up to date—if they are, a clean reinstallation might help as well!
You might want to check the XMP/EXPO settings in your BIOS and ensure your PCI-E speed is set correctly. Tools like CPU-Z can help you with that. Also, doing a DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) pass might clean up any driver issues.
I'm on a B550 board and I just installed the latest drivers. I'll definitely look for those BIOS settings!
