Experiencing Low FPS and Unsatisfying Gameplay – Need Help!

I'm currently using an i3 12100f CPU paired with an RX 5700 XT 8GB GPU, and I'm not happy with my gameplay experience in CS2. I'm playing on a 144Hz monitor, and I've completed all the necessary AMD settings. I also have AMD FreeSync turned off. Can anyone suggest what I might need to do to improve my FPS?

What specific issues are you facing? Are you dealing with stuttering, low FPS, or tearing? It's important to monitor your CPU and GPU usage as well as your FPS to determine the bottleneck. If you're playing at lower resolutions or settings to boost FPS, you could be hitting a CPU limit. Try increasing resolution or settings to see if that changes anything. If screen tearing is a problem, consider enabling FreeSync.

Make sure your GPU is fully utilized while you're playing. If it's not, the issue could be from your CPU or VRAM bottlenecking the performance. You might want to monitor your usage during gameplay to pinpoint the problem.

How can I check if my GPU is fully loaded? Can you explain it to me?
