I'm having some serious issues with my Surface Laptop Studio 2. Lately, I've been getting blue screen errors (BSODs) constantly, and the longest I can go without a crash is about 15 minutes. I attempted to reset it, but that didn't help. In safe mode, the crashes stop unless I try to play a game. I typically just use my laptop at home, and I haven't made any changes to the settings. Any advice on what I can do?

You might want to consider what happens when you're running games. The Surface has a dual GPU setup: it uses the Intel graphics for light work but switches to the RTX 4060 for gaming. Try using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) in safe mode to remove the graphics drivers and then reinstall the latest drivers from Microsoft. Make sure you're also looking for any firmware updates under Optional Updates in Windows settings. If the crashes keep happening, monitor your GPU temperatures with HWiNFO64; overheating can really mess with performance.
First things first, to help diagnose the BSOD issues, we need the dump files, which contain logs about the crashes. Check the C:WindowsMinidump folder for any files after a crash. If you find some, zip them and upload them to a file-sharing site like Catbox or MediaFire. If you only have one or no dump files, try changing your dump settings to Small Memory Dump so that more can be created in the future. This info is super valuable for figuring out what’s wrong!

I tried the MS link you posted, but it gave me a 404 error. Any alternative suggestions?
