I'm having major performance issues while playing games like Arc Raiders, Warzone, and Battlefield, where my FPS fluctuates between 30 to 70. My setup includes an AMD Ryzen 9 5950x with 12 cores and an RX 6800 XT GPU, all running on a 144 Hz monitor at a resolution of 1080 x 1920. I usually keep the graphics settings low to medium and enable FSR to improve performance, but it doesn't seem to help much. Is there something I'm missing?

Lowering graphics settings can help, but FSR does a lot of the heavy lifting. Just remember that some settings can have minimal impact on FPS. It might not be the cure-all but still worth it.
Check your temperatures of both GPU and CPU while gaming. If they're running hot, that might be throttling your performance. Also, consider turning off upscaling as it can be more taxing on the CPU, especially at 1080p. Your GPU should handle those games just fine without it.
First off, how much RAM are you using, and what's the speed? If you have 32 GB, great! Just make sure you've enabled XMP or DOCP in your BIOS to get the most out of it.
I think I have 32 GB, but I'm not sure about the speed—sorry, I'm still learning the ropes with PCs!
Make sure you're connected directly to your GPU and not the motherboard. That could seriously bottleneck your performance since the Ryzen 9 doesn't have integrated graphics.

I'll look into that! Can I check the temps using the Adrenaline software?
