I'm having a weird issue with ghosting on my setup. I have a 5090 GPU connected to an LG G5 OLED TV, and it's started displaying strange red and blue ghosting effects. This began about a month ago, where the glitch would occur roughly once every hour, but now it's happening every few minutes or even more frequently. I recorded a clip showing the problem and you can see it about 3.6 seconds into the video. I've tried troubleshooting by switching HDMI cables, using a different HDMI port, and fully reinstalling my drivers. I'm at a loss for what could be causing this!

Have you checked if G-Sync is enabled? That can sometimes cause strange visual problems. Try turning it off and see if the ghosting persists.
It's strange that G-Sync was on for a year without issues. You might want to look into other settings or even a firmware update for the TV. Sometimes those can help resolve odd compatibility problems.
