I've recently upgraded my graphics card from an NVIDIA RTX 3080 to a 5070 ti, thinking that the card might have been causing some issues, but I'm still experiencing significant stuttering and mini freezes that last about 5 to 10 seconds. My system specs are an AMD Ryzen 7 5700x, 32 GB of DDR4 RAM, and a 750W Corsair PSU. While gaming, my CPU and GPU usage stays between 40% and 60%, so I'm not sure why I'm not pushing higher. My two SSDs are both around 5 years old; one has 49% health and the other 99%. I'm wondering if the SSD could be causing the bottlenecks and these freezes. Any help would be appreciated!

It sounds like your primary SSD might be on its last legs, especially since it's showing 49% health. Check your CPU performance using something like Cinebench 2024. If that shows normal results, I'd recommend replacing that SSD to see if it resolves the freeze and stutter issues.
Just a heads up, if your Task Manager shows 100% for the drive while your PC is freezing, that's a strong indicator that the SSD is causing problems. Consider upgrading it soon if that’s the case!
Also, make sure to check if your SSD is hitting 100% usage in Task Manager during freezes. If it is, then that definitely points to your SSD being a potential bottleneck. What SSD model do you have?
