Experiencing Stuttering in Valorant After Building My New PC

I recently built a new PC and I'm having some issues with stuttering while playing Valorant. Here are my specs:

- **CPU**: Ryzen 7 9700X
- **GPU**: Gigabyte 5070
- **RAM**: Adata XPG CL48 DDR5 6000MHz
- **Motherboard**: Gigabyte B850 Eagle WiFi 6E
- **Power Supply**: MSI 750 80 Plus Bronze

Despite capping my FPS and enabling low latency mode in the NVIDIA control panel, I'm still facing stuttering. Could this be related to my RAM or any other component? Please help!

The only thing that stands out in your build is the RAM's latency. Make sure EXPO is enabled in the BIOS to optimize performance. Everything else looks solid for running Valorant smoothly, even at higher resolutions.

I have definitely enabled EXPO.

Is my CAS latency something to worry about?

Did you install a new hard drive, or are you using an older one? Sometimes that can play a role in gameplay performance.

I have two new 1TB SSDs, so I shouldn't have issues there.

I had a stuttering problem for months on a new build, too. Everything was new except for my SSDs and PSU. They were passing all tests until I ran a read/write check on one of them, and it started failing, causing the stutters.

Did you check if your monitor is plugged into the GPU? That can sometimes cause display issues.

Yeah, I'm getting around 1200 FPS uncapped, and I capped it to 300, but I’m still curious if my RAM's CAS latency is an issue.

I'm also facing micro stutters; it's really frustrating!
