I'm currently managing a small company, and I've encountered an issue with our corporate email system. We have a format like [email protected], but one employee is unable to access their email anymore. We tried the current password but it doesn't work, and we can't reset it since we don't have the backup email for verification. The previous person in charge of our email setup is no longer available to help us out. How can I figure out who our email provider is or get support for this issue? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

You have a few options to find your email provider. One way is to perform a web search for locating the host of a domain. That should help you identify where the email might be hosted. Here's a useful search query you can start with: 'how to locate the host for a domain.'
Check who manages your DNS. There should be an MX record for your domain that indicates the IP addresses of your email server. You can look up the ownership of those IPs using a tool like WhoIs. Also, if a third party handles your email, someone's definitely paying them, so checking financial records or contracts might shed some light on the provider.

What's a DNS? I'm not very tech-savvy.
