I'm planning to build my first gaming PC, primarily for 1440p ultrawide gaming at high graphical settings and aiming for at least 60fps. Here's the build I've come up with:
* CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9700X
* GPU: MSI Nvidia RTX 5070ti 16GB
* Memory/RAM: Teamgroup T-Create 32GB 6000 CL30
* Motherboard: MSI B850M Mortar WiFi
* Storage: WD SN850X 2TB NVMe SSD
* Power Supply: be quiet! 850W 80+ Gold
* Cooler: MSI Coreliquid A13 240mm AIO RGB
* Case: NZXT H3 Flow
* OS: Windows 11 Pro OEM
I'm hoping to stay close to this budget, ideally less. What do you think? Would you recommend any changes, and why? I'd love to understand the reasoning behind your suggestions, as I'm new to PC building!

If you're not locked into specific parts, I’d recommend going for a B650 motherboard instead of the B850. It can save you some money and still support your setup well. Look into it—and it might give you room in your budget for an upgrade later!
Consider switching the Ryzen 7 9700X to a Ryzen 7 5800X3D. It’s a better choice for gaming, especially at 1440p, because of its improved cache and architecture. You might want to check if it fits your budget, though!
Thanks for the suggestion! I’ll look into the 5800X3D and see if it’s a good fit for my budget.

I didn't know that! What benefits does the B650 provide over the B850? I’m still figuring out what’s best for my needs.
