I'm a 23-year-old guy living in London, and I just wrapped up my MBA in Project Management. You'd think I'd have a clearer idea of my career path by now, but honestly, I'm more confused than ever. Currently, I'm working part-time in retail (about 24 hours a week) while trying to figure out what career opportunities match my skills. Here's what I can do:
* Using Jira, Asana, and some Agile methodologies
* Working with in-house ERP systems
* Navigating Google Analytics and Meta Ads tools
* Basic programming skills
* Proficient with Excel
* Some experience with Figma
* I even ran a small clothing brand back home for a while.
I'm really struggling to identify what jobs I'm qualified for. Should I be looking at project roles, marketing, product management, operations? I'm genuinely lost and it's making me feel stuck and down. Any advice on potential roles to pursue, realistic entry points, or general guidance for someone with my skill set would be greatly appreciated!

Don’t stress too much—you're still young! Many people spend their twenties figuring out what they want to do. Experiment with different roles; by the time you hit 30, you’ll have a clearer sense of direction and confidence. Given your skills, I’d recommend exploring marketing since your programming knowledge can be a plus there.

Totally agree! I moved away from programming in my late twenties too; it just wasn’t my thing.
