I'm buying a second-hand PC that was built about 5-6 months ago. Here are the specs: B650m E WiFi Asus TUF motherboard, Ryzen 5 7600X CPU, RTX 5070 Ti GPU, Deepcool LE720 cooler, 750W PSU, 32GB RAM, and a 2TB SSD. I'm considering upgrading the CPU to a Ryzen 5 9600X. Is this upgrade possible and are there any better alternatives? Also, is the 7600X sufficient for gaming with the 5070 Ti? I play games like Valorant, CS, R6, Elden Ring, and plan to get some single-player games soon.

Keep the 7600X! It won't bottleneck your RTX 5070 Ti, and you'll get plenty of solid performance out of it for your gaming needs. Only consider an upgrade if you're getting an amazing deal on an X3D processor.
Upgrading is possible, but it's really not necessary. The 9600X only gives you a slight performance bump over the 7600X. Your 7600X paired with the 5070 Ti should work just fine for the games you're into right now.
Honestly, upgrading from the 7600X to the 9600X isn't going to make much of a difference. The performance gains are minor at best, and you might want to consider a bigger jump, like to a 7800X3D or 9800X3D for a real boost. Your current setup should handle games well for the next few years, so maybe just save the cash for future upgrades or unexpected expenses.
