I've just wrapped up my first PC build, and I'm really excited about it! It handles modern games on relatively high settings, but I've been experiencing some stuttering and frame tearing issues. My setup includes an AMD Ryzen 7 7700X CPU, a Gigabyte B650 AORUS ELITE AX motherboard, and 32 GB of G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo memory. For storage, I'm using a Samsung 990 Pro SSD along with a Seagate portable HDD. The graphics are powered by a PNY NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 card. I'm currently playing games on an 85" TV and I also stream games to my Meta Quest 3. Any insights or suggestions?

Don't worry about others saying you can't get smooth 4K on your setup. I’ve got a 3080 Ti, and I’ve played everything at 4K without issues! What games are you noticing the stuttering on? For frame tearing, try adjusting the V-Sync settings in your driver if the in-game settings don't help.

I mostly play single-player games on ultra settings like Cyberpunk and God of War. They run okay on medium to high but struggle when I push them to ultra.
