Hey everyone! I'm gearing up for my first interview with Microsoft for the position of Cybersecurity Tech Support Engineer focused on Cloud Protection. Since I'm not super confident with my English, I'm looking for tips on how to effectively prepare. What kind of technical and behavioral questions should I expect for this role? Any advice on how to answer them clearly would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Typically, they'll kick things off by asking about your past experiences in tech support or anything relevant. Be ready to discuss specific scenarios and how you handled them. It's important to connect your answers back to the role you're applying for, so highlight any relevant skills or tools you've used before.

Just a heads up, interviews can be challenging. I recommend brushing up on Azure concepts because they might throw in some questions about that. You want to show that you’re familiar with the platform. Also, practice your responses to common questions to build your confidence.

Definitely! Mock interviews can help a lot too. Just practice explaining your answers clearly, and it should help lessen some of the nerves.
