Your build looks solid! Everything is compatible, and the PSU should be fine too. As for Windows 11, you can actually install it without activating it right away if you want to play around with it first. Just grab a blank USB drive and follow the instructions on the Microsoft site to create the installation media. And definitely keep a Phillips screwdriver handy for assembly!
