First PC Build in a Decade – Am I Forgetting Anything?

Hey everyone! After spending the last 10 years constantly on the move with gaming laptops, I finally have the opportunity to build my own PC. I'm currently using a laptop with a 4080/13980hx, but I'm planning for a desktop build with an AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D and a GeForce RTX 5080. I aim to get the Founders Edition 5080, though it seems PCPartPicker doesn't have a price for that variant yet.

In terms of storage, I'm planning to use my Samsung 990 Pro SSD from my laptop, so that isn't an extra cost for me. I'd love some feedback on whether I'm missing anything or if you have suggestions for upgrades in any part of the build. Here's the part list I've put together: [PCPartPicker Part List](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/wKy2h7).

Your build looks solid! I would suggest considering an 850W power supply instead of the 1000W one you selected. An 850W unit should cover your needs nicely and save you some cash without compromising performance. Just make sure it’s a high-quality unit!

Thanks for the input! I was kinda torn between the 850 and 1000. I guess I can save some money on that!
