I'm putting together my first custom PC and I'm a bit lost on what components I should get. Here's what I'm planning to buy:
- Case: Hyte Y60
- Power Supply: Corsair RM850X Shift 80+ Gold (White)
- GPU: MSI GeForce RTX 5070 Gaming Trio OC (not entirely convinced about this)
- Storage: Samsung 990 Pro SSD 1TB
- RAM: Vengeance 32GB (2x16GB) DDR5 6200MHz
- Motherboard: ASUS ROG Strix Z790-A Gaming Edition (White)
- CPU: Intel i9-13900F 24 x 4.2GHz (13th Gen)
- Thermal Paste: Unsure which brand to choose
- Cables: I've heard about using braided cables for a cleaner look, but I'm not sure what I actually need.
Any advice would be appreciated!

You should check out PCPartPicker for compatibility and tips! It's an awesome resource, and there are plenty of YouTube videos that demonstrate how to connect everything and what cables you'll need.
Looks like you're on the right track! Just grab a 360mm AIO cooler for your CPU and maybe add a couple of intake fans to ensure proper airflow. You'll be all set!
Nothing wrong with going for a stylish case and fans! Just a heads up though, the GPU and CPU you're considering are a bit on the older side for today's performance—you might want to reconsider for better value.
I didn't realize that! What are some better options?
Your build is a decent start but could use some tweaks. Consider getting a different cooler with an LCD for a bit more flair and better cooling options than just Corsair. And yeah, definitely think about psu extension cables for a cleaner look!
Can you explain what makes it not so great? I'm trying to learn!
Hey, here's an updated build suggestion: [https://pcpartpicker.com/list/W7DXjn](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/W7DXjn). What do you think?

Totally! Just make sure you search for the right terms—I've struggled with figuring out hookups too.
