If you're open to it, consider looking for a used graphics card. They're often available at lower prices, just make sure to ask the seller to benchmark it before buying. I snagged a PNY RTX 4070 for $450 and it runs games really well. If the seller can't benchmark it or share proof, tread carefully!
I’d swap out the SSD you have listed. The Silicon Power UD90 is QLC and tends to slow down when it gets full. The 990EVO+ has better performance and is only around $25 more. And also, steer clear of that Apevia power supply — it’s known to be pretty dangerous. Here’s an improved parts list! It’s a bit pricier, but it includes a much better power supply that safely supports your GPU. I’ve also included a cheaper cooler, a more reliable SSD, and a case with better cooling. The RAM is just as fast but at a lower price:
