Hey everyone! I've been planning to build my first PC for a while and I've finally settled on a parts list that should support 4K gaming on an ultrawide monitor. Before I hit the order button, I wanted to know what you all think of my motherboard choice and if a 1000W power supply will be sufficient for my build. I'd love any extra tips or feedback you might have as I've been overthinking this for months! Here's my parts list: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/N2nsxg.

I recommend upgrading to the 9800X3D CPU if you can swing it; it’s a solid performer and pairs well with an 800 series motherboard. The B850 Tomahawk is a great option! As for your RAM, while the Teamgroup 6000CL30 kit is decent, there are prettier RGB options out there if aesthetics are a big deal for you. Just keep in mind that the LCD fans you chose can only be used as exhaust, so plan your airflow accordingly. Ideally, you’ll want those set up with the AIO on top for optimal cooling.
I’m in the same boat as you! I love the look of the Lian Li parts, but I get it, they're a bit pricey. I'm more focused on performance than looks, but I get why you'd want your rig to look nice. About the CPU debate, the price difference is justifiable for the gains, especially for long-term use. And for the fans, you got it right! Just remember to configure the airflow so it works best—intakes on the bottom and side, exhaust out the top!
