Getting Hardware Errors After Installing a New GPU – Help?

I recently upgraded my setup with a new Radeon RX 9060XT (16 GB) and I've started experiencing hardware errors flagged by Reliability Monitor. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the AMD Adrenaline software, but it didn't help. When I looked into the dump file using WinDbg, it pointed to LKD_0xA1000001_amdfendr!unknown_function. Finally, after one of my reinstall attempts, I received a popup indicating that my GPU is unsupported. Any advice on how to resolve this?

Also, don't forget to check if changing the PCIe slot helps. Sometimes, moving the card to a different slot can resolve compatibility issues.

It sounds like you've already tried a few things. I recommend using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to completely remove your GPU drivers, then try reinstalling them again. If that still doesn't work, you might want to consider reinstalling Windows as a last resort. And if nothing seems to fix it, getting a replacement through warranty could be the best option.
