I've been having a frustrating issue where my CPU and memory usage spike to 100%. After I restart my PC, everything seems fine for a little while, but the problem starts happening again pretty quickly. I've checked to make sure all my drivers are updated, and I run Bitdefender Free for antivirus scans, which haven't found any malware. I've attached a screenshot of the processes that are running. I also have RamMap but I'm not sure how to interpret it or what information to share from it. Any ideas on what could be causing this?

If you're still seeing high usage even with those apps closed, it might be worth looking into other software that could be running in the background. Sometimes, things like updates or services can kick in unexpectedly. Plus, running a memory diagnostic could uncover other issues. I’d recommend checking your startup programs as well to see if any rogue apps are launching on boot.
It sounds like you've got a sneaky background process running that's pushing your memory and CPU usage up. Have you checked what apps are running in the background? Sometimes, you won't notice them until you check your task manager thoroughly. When I had a similar issue, it turned out I had some old programs eating up resources. You might want to close unnecessary apps one by one to see if that helps.
Thanks for the tip! I checked my background processes and saw that Brave and Roblox were running. Even when I closed them, the usage stayed at 100%. Do you think it could be something else?
I’ll definitely take a look at the startup programs! I appreciate your pointers! Do you think RamMap could help in analyzing what's going on?
