Getting Pen Pressure to Work in Clip Studio on Fedora 42 with Wine

I'm trying to run Clip Studio through Wine on Fedora 42, but I can't seem to get pen pressure to work. I've been at this for months and have also tried running ToonBoom with similar results. It looks like some people have it working without any issues, but I found at least one other person who mentioned not getting pen pressure to function on Fedora 42. Is it possible that the distro is causing this, or is there something I'm missing? I'm new to Linux and would really appreciate any tips or guidance on how to resolve this!

You might want to consider using the latest version of Wine or even a different version; sometimes certain releases play nicer with specific hardware setups. Also, make sure your tablet drivers are installed correctly! It sounds basic, but it can be the root of the issue sometimes.

I've tried a few versions of Wine already, but I'll double-check my drivers. That's a good point—maybe I missed something there.

It sounds like you're dealing with some familiar frustrations! Getting pen pressure to work can be a hassle on Linux sometimes. Have you checked the Wine AppDB for specific tweaks related to Clip Studio and Fedora? There might be some settings or registry adjustments people have found helpful.

Thanks! I looked there, but while they mention potential fixes, I still struggle at the setup step about pen pressure specifically. It just seems like it's not straightforward for Fedora 42.
