I recently upgraded my graphics card from a 2060 Super to an MSI Ventus 5070 Ti, and now I'm facing serious stuttering issues. Simple tasks like moving my mouse or typing are really laggy, and I can't even play basic games like Peak without it lagging badly. Initially, I thought it might be a power supply issue, so I replaced my 600W PSU with a Corsair SF850. I even reinstalled Windows, which worked fine until I installed the Nvidia driver, and now the stuttering is back. Here's my full setup for context: Ryzen 7 5800X3D, X570i April Pro WiFi, MSI Ventus 5070 Ti, and 64GB RAM, all running on an XB271HU 1440p monitor. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Have you completely removed the old GPU drivers after upgrading? If you haven’t, I’d recommend using DDU to uninstall the old ones properly. Sometimes leftover drivers can cause conflicts.
I see what you’re saying! I did reinstall Windows, and I also ran DDU in safe mode to uninstall the old drivers, but the stuttering persists. Just trying to figure out what to do next!
Also, if that doesn’t solve the stuttering, consider rolling back the GPU drivers to earlier versions. Nvidia has had some issues with the 5000 series drivers. Additionally, check your RAM in Task Manager to ensure it's being recognized correctly, and keep an eye on your CPU and GPU temperatures with tools like MSI Afterburner or GPU-Z.
