Graphics Card Issues After Screen Freeze: Only One Port Working

I was gaming and had just started a YouTube video when both my monitors froze. Eventually, my main monitor displayed two thick yellow lines and some other colors, while the second monitor went completely black. After restarting my computer, I found that only the main monitor connected to the third display port is working. The fourth HDMI port and the first two display ports are unresponsive. I have tested them all with a different HDMI cable and an adapter, but only the third port is functional. I'm using a 7900 XTX graphics card. Any advice on what to do next? I tried using DDU to fix the issue, but it's still not working well.

It sounds like it could be a driver issue, especially since your monitors froze before the problems started. Make sure you have the latest drivers for your GPU installed.

Have you tried using DDU to clean up your drivers? It can sometimes resolve issues like this. Just be sure you're doing it correctly!

I did try DDU, but now it seems like my game runs poorly on one monitor. Do you think my GPU could be damaged?

If you're still having issues after using DDU, it might be worth trying again to ensure you did it right. Sometimes a second attempt can make a difference!

I had a similar issue before, and it turned out to be a faulty display cable. Have you tested with different cables? Sometimes it's not the GPU itself but the connection!
