Hey everyone! I tried using ChatGPT as a fitness trainer to help plan my workouts and track my fitness data, but it didn't really work out. I thought having all my information inputted would help it give me better recommendations, but it keeps 'forgetting' details or making up data that I didn't provide. For instance, when I asked about what I ate yesterday, it left out entire meals and even included snacks I didn't have. I thought I could rely on it to analyze correlations like calorie intake and weight changes, but now it feels pretty useless. Anyone else run into this? And does anyone have tips for improving how to use it effectively for this purpose?
