I'm reaching out here because I'm really frustrated with a recent experience I had with Pearson VUE while taking the AZ-700 exam. This was my fifth attempt, and I was well-prepared. However, during the exam, the OnVUE software froze completely. The chat with the proctor was delayed and unresponsive, which made everything worse. Out of frustration, I ended up sighing, and the proctor took that as me "mumbling" and invalidated my exam without any prior warning. According to their policy, they should have warned me first, but I received nothing. I contacted Microsoft support to dispute this and demanded logs to prove what happened, but all I got was a vague response saying that Pearson VUE noted mumbling and they couldn't make an exception. It's so frustrating! Has anyone else had issues like this?

I completely understand your pain! Online proctoring has been nothing short of frustrating for me as well. During my last exam, the app crashed three times and the support team just kept telling me to reschedule. After contending with them, they eventually gave me a pass, but it was such a waste of time. I now always opt for in-person exams. It's much more reliable!
I can totally relate to your situation! I had a similar nightmare with online proctoring during the SC-100 exam. The software froze multiple times and I was anxious the whole time. Even though I finished the exam, I ended up failing unexpectedly after preparing for months! I escalated it to Microsoft support and after a lot of back and forth, they offered me a free retake, but it was still a huge hassle. I personally don't recommend online proctoring for intensive exams. It's just too risky!
Exactly! I'd rather deal with the stress of a test center than the unpredictability of OnVUE. These technical issues are just too much to handle during crucial moments.
I totally get your frustration! Last time, I had to deal with a freezing app too, and I just hate how the proctors react when there's a technical issue. Here’s to hoping that they improve their systems soon!

Right? I can't believe they still promote these online exams given all the issues people like us are facing. Definitely sticking to test centers from now on!
