Since the recent issue with Azure CDN was addressed, I've noticed that purging the CDN now takes between 50 to 70 minutes. Before this, it used to be completed in under 10 minutes. Is anyone else experiencing these longer purge times, and do you know if there's any workaround for this?

Totally feel you on this. We faced a similar delay when adding a domain recently. It used to be quick and now it just drags on, super annoying.
Yeah, it’s definitely taking longer. The delays between rollout steps seem to be part of the new process for managing control plane changes, including purge events. It’s frustrating, but I guess they're trying to avoid issues down the line.
I think the longer purge times are due to new validation stages they've added for customer configurations. It seems like it's a permanent change, and the new normal is around 45 minutes now. You can see it mentioned in their FAQs too.
