I've been trying to get Microsoft Extended Security Updates (ESU) for Windows 10 for weeks now and it's been a frustrating process. I initially worked with Insight but got very little communication from them, so I switched to CDW. Unfortunately, we're still stuck since November 21st because of their internal mix-ups and a rep who seems to be confused about everything. Has anyone actually been able to deploy ESU and can you suggest a reliable reseller? Thanks in advance!

Yes, we got our licenses from Insight. Deploying it was pretty straightforward too; I didn’t really need support. Just wrote a script for the five essential machines, and it was a breeze!
I'm not certain if it's the same for Windows 10, but I set up ESU through Azure for some on-prem 2012R2 servers a while back. I think ordering and billing went through Azure directly, so I didn’t need a reseller for that.
We purchased through Bechtle and they showed up immediately in our admin portal. I used a script for deployment and it activated without any issues. You can find a helpful guide [here](https://www.systemcenterdudes.com/deploy-windows-10-extended-security-update-key-with-intune-or-sccm/).
I had a smooth experience ordering ESU from Giacom. Got a bunch of licenses for a few clients and everything went perfectly fine. I’d recommend checking them out!
