The bigger question is why you're considering using a cleaner in the first place. Are you experiencing specific issues with your system?
I wouldn't recommend running CCleaner on your computer. There are better options out there that are safer and more efficient.
I used to use CCleaner, but to be honest, I don't think it makes much difference anymore. I've switched to other methods for cleaning up my system that seem more effective.
