Hey everyone! I'm new here and wondering if anyone has had experience with the Apple Express Replacement for the iPhone 17 Pro Max. How does the process work? If my phone has a cracked back or scratches, can those be replaced? Any feedback or advice would be greatly appreciated, especially since the 17 Pro Max just came out about a month ago. Thanks!

You can't typically get an express replacement for a cracked screen unless you really push for it. Unfortunately, scratches are considered cosmetic damage and aren't covered by AppleCare. If you have AppleCare+, the express replacement incurs a $99 fee, while fixing the screen or back is only $29. Just keep in mind, express replacement isn't an option if you don't have AppleCare+ because it's almost the same cost as a new phone!
