Having Frequent BSODs with IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL—Need Help!

Hey everyone! I upgraded my PC last month, and starting from June, I've been experiencing random Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) errors with the code "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL." I've tried updating drivers (even fixed a missing one), checked my RAM (no issues there), and did some troubleshooting in the command console. However, it still crashed again while I was just sitting there. I installed Bluescreenview but can't make heads or tails of the results (check it out here: [Bluescreenview Results](https://imgur.com/a/FeNoyre)). I've read online that it might be related to unauthorized memory usage, but I have no clue how to fix it without wiping my system, which I'd rather avoid! I even have the DMP error files if that helps: [DMP Files](https://www.mediafire.com/file/o9udi2la0att8bx/BSOD_dmp.zip/file). Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

For accurate analysis of the BSODs, we need your dump files since they log what happens during crashes. If you can boot into Windows normally or through Safe Mode, head over to C:WindowsMinidump. Look for any dump files there, zip that folder, and upload it somewhere like mediafire.com. If you’re unsure about how to change dump types, follow this guide: [Creating Minidump](https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/5560-configure-windows-10-create-minidump-bsod.html). Multiple dump files are helpful, so if you only have one, that’s fine, but the more, the better!

I found some in there! I’ll zip them up. Thanks for the info on the file hosting sites too!

First off, if your BIOS menus seem stable (no freezes or glitches), try updating your motherboard BIOS to the latest version you can find. You can grab that from the MSI support page [here](https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/B450-GAMING-PLUS-MAX/support). After that, make sure to install the latest AMD Chipset Drivers from [this page](https://www.amd.com/en/support/downloads/drivers.html/chipsets/am4/b450.html). Stick to the Chipset Driver installer only. Some other drivers from that page can mess things up. Check to see if your crashes continue after this update.

Thanks for the tips! I’ll get those updates done. Should I be worried about using the latest BIOS if mine is from 2020?
