I just got a ThinkCentre M920Q with an Intel® UHD Graphics 630 chip and I'm trying to connect it to my TV via HDMI. However, I keep getting a blank screen and my TV displays 'NO SIGNAL'. I've already checked and confirmed that the HDMI input on the TV is set correctly, and I've tried multiple HDMI ports, but it's all the same—nothing shows up. I've ensured that all drivers are up to date according to Lenovo's website. I even attempted to plug the HDMI into my Dell monitor, but it didn't work there either. I'm hesitant to mess with the Intel driver from the Intel site since I can't afford to lose access to the HDMI if something goes wrong. I couldn't find any relevant display options in the BIOS either. Has anyone experienced this kind of issue? Any advice on possible fixes?

You might want to test the ThinkCentre on a different TV or monitor just to rule out any issues with your current TV. If it works on another display, then your TV might have compatibility issues. Also, don't hesitate to update the Intel drivers from the Intel site. Just ensure you have a backup plan to revert back if anything goes wrong.
Have you tried using other HDMI cables? Sometimes it's just a faulty cable that causes these problems. Also, did you check if your graphics settings are set to send the output through HDMI? That could be an easy fix if it's set to a different output by default.
