Having Trouble Connecting My Gaming PC to the Monitor, Need Help Diagnosis

Hey everyone! I just purchased a used gaming PC from Amazon that was listed as 'like new,' but I'm having a lot of trouble getting it to connect to my monitor. I've plugged the HDMI cable in and even tried using a DisplayPort connection, but nothing seems to work. To add to my concerns, when the PC arrived, I noticed some parts had shifted around – one of the fans was knocked off, and the RAM sticks weren't seated properly. I've done my best to fix things based on what I've found online, but I'm still not very knowledgeable about PCs, which is why I chose a prebuilt. At this point, I'm just looking for simple steps to help me diagnose the issue and determine if I'm missing something or if the PC might have more serious problems that warrant a return. The model I have is the ZOTAC Gaming MEK Hero with an AMD Ryzen 5 7600, GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super, and 16GB of RAM. Any help would be super appreciated!

It sounds like you might need to open up the case and check inside for any loose components or cables. Can you share a picture of the inside to help us see if anything looks off?
