Having Trouble Getting MCP to Work with Claude on Docker

I'm trying to set up my own MCP pipeline using Claude Desktop on my MacBook Air M3, but I'm running into issues. Despite following the instructions closely, I'm getting a red MCP error every time I launch Claude. I'm not using a VPN, so I suspect the problem might lie with my Docker Desktop setup or possibly the file directory. Any guidance on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated!

A tip for asking for help: make sure to share the documentation you're following. It's also important to mention the exact error message you're seeing instead of just saying 'it didn't work.' Include any troubleshooting steps you've taken too—it helps us understand what might be going on!

Good idea! I’ll grab a screenshot of the error.

The specific error I’m getting is 'MCP MCP_Docker: Server disconnected.' That red warning flashes and disappears, but it’s definitely causing issues.

To fix that red error, make sure to press the green button when it pops up! That usually helps clear it up.
