I'm encountering issues with registering or viewing any authentication methods across multiple M365 tenants. Every time I try to register a new method, it tells me that no methods are available. Has anyone else faced this problem?

Yep, I'm seeing the same problem on several UK systems. It's not just you! Here’s the error I encountered too. Looks like it’s a widespread issue with Microsoft affecting multiple tenants in Europe as well.
Same situation here in Belgium—several users can’t log in, and MFA methods aren’t loading in Entra ID. Just submitted a critical ticket about it.
I got the same error! It says 'no methods available' when I try to register a new one. Plus, I can't even see the MFA methods I've already registered, even though they're still functioning. Really frustrating!
This seems to be a Microsoft issue happening across different regions. So far, there haven't been any workarounds available. It's best to keep an eye on any updates from them.
We've reached out to Microsoft, and they acknowledged there's an issue with authentication methods. They are actively investigating and working on a fix. Just hang tight for now!
