Having Trouble Reinstalling Windows Due to SSD Issues

I'm trying to do a fresh install of Windows on my Nitro V15-51, but I'm running into an issue. The installer says it can't install on disk 0, and I can't select any other disk except for the USB. Does anyone know how to resolve this?

It sounds like you might need to load an Intel VMD driver. You should download it and put it on your USB drive. During the installation, look for an option to "load driver" and select the folder where you saved the Intel VMD driver. That should help your hard drive show up in the installer. You can find the driver on Acer's support site if you need it.

Just to clarify what you need to do: the setup_driver.cmd file should be in the USB. It doesn't have to be the whole folder, just make sure that file is there when you try loading the driver.
