Hey everyone! I'm hoping to get some help here. I'm trying to scan a QR code in my Google Authenticator app, but I keep getting an error that says: 'ERROR Please migrate your codes from the menu.' The weird part is that my coworker can scan the same QR code without any issues, but I can't seem to get it to work for my Google accounts on my phone. I'm not looking to migrate any codes; I just want to add a single QR code. I've tried clearing the cache and restarting my phone, but nothing has changed. Any suggestions? Thanks a lot!

It sounds like your app might be set up for a different type of QR code. Google Authenticator can handle two types: one from the identity provider (IdP) and one generated by the app itself for exporting. Make sure you're trying to scan the correct kind. You might also want to check the QR code itself with a generic scanner to confirm it's valid. Since your coworker can use it, it’s probably not the code that’s the problem. It could also help to turn off cloud sync in the app, just in case it’s conflicting with your codes. Clearing app data might help, but keep in mind that could remove your existing codes!
Thanks for the tip! Just to clarify, if I clear app data, will it delete all the other codes I've already got in there?
