Having Trouble with CPU Debug Light After New Build

I've just put together my new PC, but I'm stuck with a red LED debug light indicating a CPU issue, and I can't figure out what's wrong. I've compiled the parts list below and everything seems to be functioning except for this red CPU light. One thing to note is that I can only run one fan on the CPU cooler because the RAM sticks are blocking another. The first time I powered it on, I noticed the cooling fan wasn't working, and the PC automatically shut down. I've since disassembled and reassembled everything, but that pesky red light is still on. Here's my build list: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/DW6Bdb

Have you checked if the CPU fan header is plugged in properly? Also, you might want to consider repositioning the front fan a bit higher to improve airflow.

Yeah, I just added a picture of my build. I realized the CPU fan was unplugged, which was a big oversight!
