Having Trouble with GPU Driver Installation and RAM Issues

I'm struggling with some serious issues on my PC. I recently built it and I'm running an RTX 5070 GPU. Whenever I try to install the GPU drivers, my system crashes and I experience screen flickering and a recovery loop. After installing the drivers, I can boot into BIOS, but Windows won't load. I tried cleaning the drivers with DDU, which helped a bit.

On top of that, I'm having a problem with my RAM. I can only get one stick to work at a time. Both sticks function fine separately in the same slot, but when I install them together, I get no signal on the screen. After resetting the BIOS, the screen quality improved slightly, and the system runs stable without the GPU driver, but I'm missing out on GPU acceleration. I'm really at my wit's end and would appreciate any help!

Have you tried disabling the XMP/A-XMP/EXPO overclocking profile in your BIOS? Sometimes having those profiles enabled can cause crashes with certain hardware configurations. Just turning that off could be a quick fix to see if the crashes still happen. Give it a go and see what happens!

It's already turned off, unfortunately.
