Having Trouble With Windows Update on My Lenovo Yoga Pro 7

Hey everyone! I own a Lenovo Yoga Pro 7 and I'm trying to update to the Windows 11 version 25H2 "fixed version." The update takes about 30 minutes, but whenever I select "update and restart" or "update and shut down," it just restarts or shuts down without actually updating. I'm not very tech-savvy, so I'm not sure how to fix this issue. Here are my Windows specs for reference:

- Windows: Windows 11 Home
- Version: 25H2
- OS Build Number: 26200.6899
- Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS with Radeon 780M Graphics (3.80 GHz)
- Memory: 16 GB

Don't forget to check how much free space you have on your hard drive. It could be a factor in why the update isn't installing. Ideally, you should have enough space for the update process to go smoothly.

I've got around 152 GB free, so I should be fine there!

It sounds like the update file might not be downloading correctly or could be corrupted. I suggest trying the Installation Assistant from Microsoft's website. It can help force the update process. Here's the link: [Microsoft Installation Assistant](https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows11). Give it a shot and see if it helps!

I tried the assistant, but it just said I'm already on the latest version. Still, the update issue persists.

Before doing anything else, try following the basic troubleshooting steps Microsoft provides. You can find them here: [Microsoft Troubleshooting Guide](https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows/troubleshoot-problems-updating-windows-188c2b0f-10a7-d72f-65b8-32d177eb136c#id0ebf=windows_11). Make sure Windows 11 is selected when you check for guidance.
