Help! Can’t Get Windows 11 to Install on My New Build

I'm currently building a new PC with a mix of both old and new components, but I'm having a tough time getting Windows 11 to install. The installation process starts fine, copying the files, but after the first reboot, I get stuck in a boot loop. I've tried reinstalling Windows three times already. Here are my specs:

- AMD Ryzen 7 3700x
- Geforce RTX 5090
- 128GB DDR4 RAM
- 2x 1TB Kingston NVME Drives (not in RAID) installed in M2_1 and M2_2
- 10Gb PCIe NIC

I've done quite a bit to troubleshoot:

- Reset the BIOS
- Created a new Windows 11 installation USB
- Cleared the partitions using HBCD
- Removed the USB stick at the first reboot

Additionally, I'm running Memtest86 to check for RAM issues and my CPU temperatures seem fine at around 48°C. At one point during the tries, I did see a GUI message that the install failed, but it didn't provide any specific reason.

Any advice on what else I could try would be greatly appreciated!

Make sure that both secure boot and UEFI are enabled in your BIOS, especially after resetting it. Also, double-check that your drives are formatted to GPT. This can help resolve installation issues with Windows 11.

Have you checked if CSM is switched on or off? Additionally, ensure your BIOS is updated to the latest version. Try using just one DDR4 stick instead of all four; sometimes mixing RAM can cause issues, especially if they're not listed in the QVL (Qualified Vendor List).

Thanks for the tips! I’ll definitely check those settings and try one stick of RAM.
