I was using an AMD cleanup utility and it forced me to restart my Windows. Now, when I get to the login screen, Windows is asking me to set up my PIN and log into my account online. The problem is that all of my drivers seem to be gone, including the WiFi and Bluetooth drivers, and I can't get online to fix this. I'm completely locked out of my computer. Any advice on how to resolve this would be really appreciated!

It sounds like the cleanup utility may have forced you into safe mode, which often disables network connections. Windows usually should give you an option to use your password instead of a PIN during the login process. Try rebooting from the login screen to see if it lets you switch back to the standard password login. If that works, you can redo the driver uninstallation carefully.

I can't get past the PIN request. It seems like I'm stuck at the BIOS or the Lock Screen. What can I do?
