I'm having trouble typing the slash (/) character on my ilovbee keyboard while using Windows 11. No matter what I try, including holding down the fn key, it just won't work. Is there any advice or solutions out there?

It’s only been a little while since you posted; don’t fret! Your question will get answered. That key not working could simply mean it’s broken. Let’s hope it's not too serious! Just keep trying a few things, and maybe give it some time.
It sounds like your slash key might be malfunctioning. Have you tried cleaning it with some compressed air? Sometimes dirt can get stuck underneath and block it from working. Also, if the key still doesn't respond after that, it might be worth checking if the key itself is physically damaged. In some cases, the key could be dead, and you might need to replace the keyboard.
