I'm looking for advice on which GPU to pair with my new Ryzen 7 5800XT build. My current setup includes an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER, and I'm mainly into FPS games. I'm aiming for something in the $200 to $400 range that can deliver great FPS for competitive shooters. Here are my specs: I have a SeaSonic M12II 520W PSU, a Fractal Design Meshify C case, 32GB of RAM, an MSI B450 TOMAHAWK motherboard, and a 1TB SSD. Any suggestions on what budget-friendly GPU would be a good fit?

To really crank up the settings, you'll want a 3080 or higher. I've got an MSI RTX 3080 12GB variant that performs excellently and I'm letting it go for $350 shipped if you're interested! The memory bus is larger compared to some newer models.
If you can find the Intel Arc B580, that could be a solid option! It's a great deal, and I’m using it with the same CPU as yours, yielding good performance.
You could also consider a used 6900XT if you can handle the high end of your budget. It’s a beast for performance, but it's definitely on the pricier side.
You might want to check out the 9060XT with 16GB, it's around $380 right now. The 5060Ti is a bit over your budget at $430, but they both offer great performance. If you're mainly playing competitive shooters, an 8GB card could work well at 1080p. The 9060XT, priced around $280, is likely your best value for that use case.

I'm torn between getting the 8GB or the 16GB version. Is the extra $100 really worth it for FPS in games like COD and Apex? I want to make sure I'm not making a mistake by settling for less.
