I'm trying to download a newer version of Microsoft Office, but I keep running into this annoying pop-up error with code 0-2032(17003). I've already uninstalled Office 365 and all other Office products, but it doesn't seem to help. Has anyone experienced this and found a solution?

Have you tried following the instructions from the Microsoft support page? There are steps to resolve the installation issues that might help you out. You can check it out here: [support.microsoft.com](https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/-another-installation-is-in-progress-or-error-code-0-1018-17003-2031-or-2035-0-when-installing-office-73502d75-517c-4e46-ab87-848e144328cc). Let me know if that worked for you!
I followed those instructions, but I still got the same pop-up when I tried to download it.
You might want to try using the MS Office Wipe Tool, often referred to as 'Scrub.' It helps remove any remnants of previous installations that could be causing conflicts. Give that a shot and see if it works for you!
I found a graphic online showing how to use the tool effectively. Let me know if you want me to share it!
I tried those steps, but I ended up getting a message saying I need a product key. It seems like they're making me buy a new one.
