Help! How can I find my phone if it has no battery?

I lost my phone after a night out and I'm trying to locate it, but the battery is dead. Here's what I know: I booked an Uber at 00:07, synced with my Garmin at 00:10, and got into the Uber at 00:17. The last known locations of my phone the next day were: 07:20 in Broad Plain, Bristol; 11:30 in Warminster; 13:30 in Bath City Centre; and finally at 17:00 in Bristol City Centre. The last location it sent before dying was at Castlemead, Bristol, at 19:07. I reached out to Uber, but they said the driver hasn't found it. Given the unusual route my phone seems to have taken, I'm worried it might have been taken before I got into the Uber. I've got the driver's info but can't contact him now that Uber considers the case closed. Is there anything I can do, tech-wise, to increase my chances of finding my phone?

What kind of phone do you have? Knowing the model might help others suggest specific tracking options or apps to use when it’s charged. It's crucial to know whether there's a way to track it once it's powered back on. By the way, retracing your steps could also be useful.

Unfortunately, if your phone's battery is dead, there's really no way to track it. The tracking feature relies on the device being powered on. Your best bet is to wait and see if anyone finds it or if it gets charged somehow and connects to the network again.
