I tried to move my Documents folder from the C Drive to the D Drive, but now it seems to have disappeared entirely. I really just wanted to relocate it, but I can't find it anywhere. Is there any way to undo this?

If you can recall the name of any file from your Documents folder, you might want to try using a tool like Voidtools Everything. It can help you search through your entire PC to see where the folder might have ended up.
Did you intend to move just the contents or the actual folder? How exactly did you go about moving it?
I moved it through Properties > Location > Move and selected the D Drive. After the move, I couldn't locate the My Documents folder there.
