Hey everyone! I'm having a real hard time with my Ubisoft account, and I was hoping some of you might offer advice or share your experiences. So, I linked my PSN account to a Ubisoft account (username: Wayxouu) a while back when I was younger, and I've put over 120 hours into Rainbow Six Siege. Recently, I accidentally disconnected my PSN from my Ubisoft account and now I can't get back in. The issue is that the email I used to create that Ubisoft account was an old Gmail account I can't access anymore.
I've tried contacting Ubisoft support multiple times with proof of my account ownership, including my old and new PSN usernames, a receipt for a R6 purchase, screenshots of my in-game trophies, and photos from my console that show dates and times. But they keep saying I haven't provided enough proof. It's so frustrating! I even filed a complaint with CNIL, hoping they can pressure Ubisoft to respond better, but I know that can take a while.
So, has anyone been through something like this before? Is there any chance of recovering an account while losing access to the associated email? Thanks for any help!

Sorry to hear about your situation! It sounds really frustrating. Unfortunately, sometimes customer support can be quite strict about account recovery, especially when it comes to verifying ownership without email access. Have you considered trying to recover the Gmail account instead? If you can get back into that, it might make regaining access to your Ubisoft account easier since they usually need to send a verification link there.
Thanks for the tip! I really want to recover that Gmail, but Google keeps blocking me during the recovery process. I'm looking for an old device where I might still be logged in. Fingers crossed!
